WHO'S BREWIN'?

Here’s who has been announced so far, with more to come soon!

Based in Blair Atholl, Wasted Degrees Brewing is an independent Scottish brewery known for its commitment to sustainability and bold, modern beers. Since expanding its capacity threefold, the brewery has grown from local favourite to international exporter, now sharing its craft with over 13 European countries. Expect a mix of traditional and sessionable styles, barrel-aged releases, and innovative small-batch creations all brewed with passion and purpose.

Set on a working dairy farm in County Monaghan, Brehon Brewhouse blends Irish heritage with handcrafted beer. Founded by Seamus McMahon, the brewery takes its name from the ancient Brehon Laws, which once allowed every clan to brew for their own. Visitors can tour the farm, meet the brewers, and experience the authentic connection between land, history, and craft.

All our beer is unfined, unfiltered and conditioned in pack. They’re all vegan friendly too apart from an oyster stout we brew from time to time. Most of the hops we use are from a family owned, carbon neutral farm in Kent, and all the malt is from Alloa, just a short drive away.

Sinnister Brew is a tiny, Dalkeith-based pico-brewery in Midlothian making small-batch, barrel-aged imperial stouts and rich porters for beer lovers in the UK. Founded and run by a pair of craft-focused brewers, the brand avoids a fixed core range in favour of ever-evolving one-off beers aged in whisky, rum and sherry barrels. Its releases are aimed at people who treat beer like fine wine, with bold flavours and character in every bottle.

Expertly brewed in Edinburgh with the finest natural ingredients, our bold, full-flavoured beers are all vegan, gluten-free, and alcohol-free. Enjoy our acclaimed Yardarm Lager, Jackstaff IPA, Steamboat Hazy Pale Ale and Stoker’s Stout, as well as a range of special releases. Perfect for mindful drinkers seeking premium quality and authentic craft flavour, without the booze.

At the helm of Mains Brewing is founder and head brewer Lewis. It is a vehicle for his love of traditional European and UK beer styles, along with combining historical brewing practices and modern brewing science. With the first commercial brews just last year, future plans are to complement the seasonal rotation of fresh session-strength canned beers with mixed fermentation and oak aged bottled beers.

Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing are on a mission to create big beer experiences at session strengths.
Alongside this we are working to create work opportunities people who are physically and/or neurologically diverse.

Based in Dundee, Holy Goat specialises in mixed-fermentation and wood-aged beers, with a focus on depth, balance, and character. Using Brettanomyces yeast and long maturation times, the brewery produces complex sour beers inspired by traditional methods and modern experimentation. Its name nods to the wild nature of Brett yeast, which sits at the heart of Holy Goat’s identity and flavour-driven approach.

Based on Scotland’s sunny East Lothian coast, Thistly Cross is one of the country’s best-known cider makers. Founded in 2008 by local cider maker Peter Stuart, the brand has been championing bold, flavour-led ciders ever since. Rooted in place and driven by taste, Thistly Cross continues to sit at the heart of the Scottish craft cider movement.

With a huge passion to do things right, we firmly believe that by using our own alcohol base we are able to create superior spirits both in flavour and provenance. This is something that is rarely done. Our range of gins and vodkas showcasing the best of Scottish botanicals as well as our local barley base in our single malt gin. We will also look towards more seasonal varieties as we look to harvest botanicals at their prime be it Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter.

We’re called Angels Dare because that’s what we do — we dare to go where others haven’t yet ventured and we’re shaking it right up when it comes to canned cocktails.

With each cocktail in our exclusive ready-to-drink range, we fuse a touch of the fantastical with a hint of pure decadence to bring you a unique taste experience quite unlike any other.

Food heaven

And it’s not just great beer we’ve got on offer, if you love your street food then this is a foodies paradise too because we’ve got a fantastic array of vendors all serving up something quite unique to suit everyone’s tastebuds!

“I love beer. I love sailing. I hate hangovers. Unable to find the beer I wanted to drink without getting a fuzzy head the next day, I set off on a voyage of discovery to brew my own world-class alcohol-free beer in Scotland, finding a crew of like-minded shipmates along the way.” – Sonja
